Ed Howie has leveraged his over 20 years of marketing and operational leadership with Chick-fil-A, Inc., Atlanta Bread Company, and H-E-B Grocery to support his clients and lead his team of experts through unique collaboration in growing sales and market share through developing and enabling operationally-sound, visually-compelling, brand-centric solutions.

With depth in both marketing and operations, Ed Howie has an unusually successful track record in maximizing his clients’ brand potential.  Ed is also a gifted communicator, presenter, and facilitator.

Ed previously served as Director of Food Service Marketing for H-E-B Grocery Company, a $15 billion regional grocery store chain. H-E-B is long regarded as one of the most innovative retail organizations in the world. Prior to H-E-B, Ed led the re-branding efforts of Atlanta Bread Company-Bakery Cafes, as Director of Marketing. He built his career with Chick-fil-A for 17 years—the last 10 of which he served on the Corporate Operations Team, while leading multiple brand development projects.

Rachel Witkowski serves as Creative Director for brandtricity, concepting and orchestrating visual brand narratives across the full spectrum of canvases. Rachel brings over 15 years of experience in advertising and brand design for a wide range of brands. Prior to joining brandtricity, Rachel worked at Lancer Corporation as a Senior Graphic Design Specialist. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in Communication Design with a Minor in Journalism Advertising at the University of North Texas.

As Visual Director for brandtricity, Donna brings over 20 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Before joining brandtricity, she worked as a freelance Art Director, developing brands and managing the day-to-day operations of her freelance business. Prior to venturing out on her own as a freelancer, Donna worked at several advertising agencies in the San Antonio area as a Senior Art Director.

Donna has worked with many national and local brands, including the San Antonio Convention and Visitors Bureau, Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, the San Antonio Spurs, Gerber Legendary Blades, Summit Christian Center, Shiner Bock, Corona, CW Floors, Universal Toyota, ChildSafe, the San Antonio Zoo, National Shooting Complex, H-E-B and the San Antonio Express-News.

Donna earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the San Antonio Art Institute, and stays active in the art community by volunteering her time with a local Children's Theater company, painting sets for their various productions.

Melissa serves as brand manger for Brandtricity and brings over 25 years of experience from her years in sales and development.

Collaboratively working with our brandtricity team Melissa works in crafting and implementing the brand to raise brand awareness and value. As brand manager her responsibilities include client communications with regard to needs and requests, deadlines and workflow while participating in new business development efforts. Melissa is the bridge between the client and the brandtricity team's execution.

Melissa's experience includes 8 years of sales and project management for Balfour Yearbooks, Director of Development for St. Thomas Episcopal School and Sales for Sandoz/Novartis Pharmaceuticals in the San Antonio market.

Melissa's experience has helped craft her sales, development and communication skills. She has developed the ability to observe customer attitudes and needs and then translate them into their brand and creative strategies.

Melissa earned a Bachelor of Journalism with a Minor in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University. She is an active member of YMSL and volunteers regularly in efforts to support her three children.

A marketing veteran turned back into a creative, Adam was raised in the streets of concert promotion. These days he considers himself to be more of an authentic problem solver, not only as a copywriter, but as a strategist. Having worked with notable brands such as Live Nation, X Games, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Circuit of The Americas, Williams & Sonoma, Barnes & Nobles and more, Adam brings a wide array of experience and knowledge of brand strategies.

Adam brings a plethora of advertising knowledge that includes; mapping and executing fully integrated paid and promotional media campaigns (planning/ negotiations/ strategy/buying), a deep understanding of integrating brand identity within event sponsorships (experiential, merchandising, promotional trade) and a good sense of how to use social media to build a brand voice.

Denise Cumberland serves as Principal, Brand Insights for brandtricity. She serves our clients by helping them detect and leverage consumer trends and innovation opportunities that enable them to expand or fortify their business platforms, thus helping them sell more. Denise has a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organization Development and teaches graduate classes on Organizational Analysis, Ethics, and Brand Marketing. Denise previously led innovation and consumer insights and Media Services during her 14 years with Yum Brands!, supporting KFC and Long John Silvers/A&W brands. Past presentations include: International Franchising Association, the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Speed Art Museum, and FARE (Foodservice at Retail Expo).
